Not sure how many he would shoot in a game, but the ability is there. I'd say early in the season the rotation will be: Starters - Verge, T McGowens, B McGowens, Mayen, Walker Bench - Webster, Tominaga, Edwards, Breidenbach, Andre End of the Bench - McPherson, Wilcher, Lakes with Kojenets redshirting I don't think any of the walk-ons will get significant time & I wouldn't be surprised to see McPherson & Wilcher get more time throughout the season as they learn the system. Do you remember who the 10 "starters" were for the scrimmage? Or who wasn't out there at first? Quote Link to comment

Red team was Verge, McGowens, McGowens, Walker & Breidenbach White team was Webster, Tominaga, Edwards, Andre & Wilcher (I think) Mayen didn't play because of back soreness, so I'm guessing he starts over Breidenbach at least early in the season. 1 Quote Link to comment

So if you sub Mayan for Breidenbach, that's the same starters I'd seen listed earlier, which seems pretty likely. Breidenbach, Edwards, Tominaga and Wilcher would still line up as being the next group. And that leaves Webster and Andre as question marks as to whether they're really behind those four or not. Mavric
Word is Breidenbach has been pushing hard for Walker's spot in the starting lineup. Provides a lot more options on the offensive end. Quote Link to comment
GSG
Haven't seen/heard much about the Lithuanian guy, Kojenets? Quote Link to comment

Hedley Lamarr
I would expect we see plenty of Wilcher Quote Link to comment

He looked like a bit of a project when I saw him at the meet the team event a couple weeks ago. Tall, too skinny and a bit awkward. 1 Quote Link to comment
ECisGod
CBS Sports has their B1G preview out today. Not much faith in the Huskers. https://www.cbssports.com/college-basketball/news/big-ten-expert-picks-2021-22-projected-order-of-finish-bold-predictions-most-overrated-and-underrated-teams/ Quote Link to comment
observer3
Yea I have been reading previews and listening to podcasts recently, a common view out there seems to be that the Huskers will be somewhat improved, but not enough to move the needle very high in the standings. We shall see. Quote Link to comment
