First, teams normally go the opposite of their previous coach. Hoke was a defensive guy, so it makes sense they would look to an offensive coach. Second, Hoke made $1.3M last year. But a lot of guys wanna lead. Some of their interviews include the Washington OC, & UNLV OC. Think White would need a big plan to hire an impressive OC. Quote Link to comment

Michigan had 3 defensive tackles between the first and second teams, and honestly it's deserved.
