      So it got out of hand?  I have not seen the DJ's and stuff like that but I have seen like parents doing firepits in the driveway and partying a bit.

      We get a decent group of families to go trick or treating.  We have one stretch of homes, which we call The Halloween Loop.  We have a group of about 6 families, which translates to about 10-12 kids to go from house to house as a group.  The parents are able to walk behind drinking beer and wine.  We even have a "pre-game" party from 5-6 PM.
