  3. i want to add that nowhere in that post he linked does it say trump is innocent. just that cohen is guilty
  4. The funniest part is where $100 drones can completely destroy multimillion dollar “modern” military vehicles/tanks/artillery. Technology and communications have become even more important than ever.
  5. LOL...nobody has ever claimed Cohen wasn't a slime ball. And, Trump would have to file a complaint for the DOJ to investigate and file charges. Has Trump ever done that? So....also.....you're going to trust Cohen on this comment, but not on anything else he's said in court? Interesting. and...really....what does this have to do with my comments?

  8. There is a reason that three other jurisdictions refused to bring this case. Alan is pointing it out.
  9. I don't know enough to gauge if they really have a case or not. But, Dershowitz is a Trump lacky that's going to say anything to make Trump look innocent and great. He has as much credibility as Don Jr.
  10. I guess she could’ve said that and further lied. The modifier that elevates it to a felony is the reason he falsified the records….to influence the election. The prosecution spent considerable time attempting to prove that. I guess I don’t know what “second crime” you’re looking for?
  11. I haven't been following this too closely. There is too much coverage to follow. I think I understand the 34 counts. 11 invoices, 11 payments and 12 accounting entries that said 'lawyers fees.' If they had said "Cohen reimbursement and fees for Daniels NDA' instead, would there be a case? Are there other charges? I figured this would end up a hung jury, but this is what Dershowitz said. Is that true? "[The judge] should grant an acquittal. There is no evidence, zero evidence, that Trump knew about the way in which the money was booked, whether it was a legal expense or reimbursement for an expense," he continued. "No evidence that Trump had any knowledge of that." "There's nothing to the case. It's the weakest case I've seen in 60 years of teaching, practicing and writing about criminal law."
  12. I don't think they're Nazi curious, they're just completely ignorant of the malignant part of their politics. They forgive or ignore the obvious elements of white nationalism in Trumps support because, hey, all campaigns have some bad elements. Anything and everything can be rationalized or ignored. Republican voters aren't going to hold up a mirror and suddenly think "golly gee, pretty weird that all the Nazi stuff comes from only one of our major political parties". No matter what, white nationalism included, voting for Republican's is better than voting for the godless Demon-crats. While I don't personally think Trump is a white nationalist - he's just stupid and serves only his own greed - there are only so many white nationalist elements in Trump's orbit we can ignore before we have to collectively admit that there are elements to MAGA that are uncomfortable. Ignorant voters are being used so that malignant actors of White Nationalism can influence Trump's soon-to-be-second term.
  13. So, this lady is trying to destroy public schools and is upset that people are able to get signatures at a venue where public (and private) schools are having an activity. She's an idiot.
  14. Meanwhile the real crowd outside of Trump's court house are hecklers demanding he be jailed
  15. Nebraska: I don't know, $450M seems a bit much Penn St: Here's $700M to renovate Beaver Stadium
