Weather update: Temp 27 degrees, (feels like 14 degrees) Wind 17-22 mph, 10% chance of moisture, drunk pedestrians trying to cross slippery streets and 90,000 fans trying to find parking on icy roads? This versus my recliner (or hot tub), hot home made soup, fridge full of beer, and bathroom 20 feet away. Hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm? Think I will re-evaluate in the morning.

The Line of Scrimmage Lost This Game As always! We have not had an offensive line for a good number of years. And, this particular year we are extremely deplete.

If any full time coaches go that would be really, really bad. YSU assistants are looking at about $50k. Some of the grad assistants and interns would make sense, anyone else....well lets just say that would be absolute proof positive they should never have been on this campus. Bet Pelini does not hire Papuchis. That would be telling, indeed.

Would like your thoughts on the new college football playoff Should be expanded to 16 teams. Eventually, it will get to eight but I don't know if it will reach 16 until the dollars start rolling in. Once the money is realized, there will be a shift to more teams.

The guy took way too much grief and criticism from some fans. What he did was really remarkable at Nebraska considering all the names of famous players who played before he made an appearance. Too bad he had only three years of QB. I will never forget the K-state or Oklahoma St. games. He ran and passed like there was no tomorrow. I wish him the best in what ever life offers him.

We need a punter who can kick with much more consistency. I think we need to recruit an outstanding punter. I hold my breath each time we punt wondering if it will be a 15 yard shank or a 53 yard bomb.

Not many people I know are fans of Perlman. It boggles my mind that persons like Perlman get into positions like Chancellor of a major University. As far as I am concerned, he would be better off sticking to his administrative duties rather than poking his nose in the athletic program.
