    The University could be on the hook for 8+M for 3 head coaches 2 of which former ADSE paid way to much for to begin with. He gave Bo an extension and fired him the next fall.. How's that for fiscal responsibility.. If I'm coming in my buyout would be guaranteed and in the 15-20M range for security one way or the other.

    Do you get what you pay for? Paying our HC 11th out 14 in the conference. I realize that was his going rate, but if the standard is higher you have to do what it takes to meet that standard..

    Getting the right guy and paying him is important, but equally as important (or more so) is what are you paying his assistants.

    I think it's good insights to the jobs. I think he's pretty much on point with what the expectations are at both places. He also touched on the reality of what the programs are dealing with..

    The timing is something that concerns me. He's got things on a roll does he see a higher ceiling at UCF or is this the peak year?

    Not so much when we played them, but Wisconsin uses there TE's in some creative ways. I know they have a stud at TE right now, but the schemes are good too.

    I would have agreed with us being underdogs before the Rutgers game, but now I don't get it. I would say push at best.

    At this point of the season take the red shirt get healthy creates more options later on. It's not like we are lacking at RB..

    The Data about P5 coaches leaving is wild to think, but if all P5's have money and are willing to pay it. Realistically it's a P5 Coordinator with previous HC experience or a Group of 5 HC..

    No kidding remember he had to have Heart surgery during that last season too. He had every right to leave it in the capable hands of Coach Solich. Edit.. Procedure not Surgery.. PS. I think many Huskers fans thought they were have a heart attack during the Missouri game that season!
