  1. Kid has athletic gifts for sure--work ethic I'm not sure about, everything has come pretty easy for him in his life. Could be a D1 Tackle imo but never could give up handling the ball. Probably best if he pursues bball but he didn't have near the year most thought he would. I would guess he lands up north with Hagedorn. you seem to know a lot about him. I used to teach a Norfolk public. Strom was only a 6th grader when I stopped teaching so I don't really know him. A friend that still teaches there doesn't really care for any of the Jr's on the team says they are a real arrogant bunch. He says that Matt Hagadorn is going to be better and most likely bigger than his brother. I'm friends with a couple of the juniors on the team, I will admit that a couple of them are cocky. But when it comes to sports with Strom, he will work harder than almost anyone I know. He wants to succeed. Not sure how much Mary Pats knows about him but I can tell you that I wouldn't guess that he ends up playing with Hagedorn again.Differing points of view as I am a father not a peer. Logan works hard at being funny not getting bigger, faster, stronger. This basketball season was super disappointing, had all those Juniors been working hard Lane wouldn't have to get pissed and take over the last 5 minutes to win the games that shouldn't have been that close. Don't get me wrong, they are all good kids but they could be so much better. Logan should be dominating and he is not! Not sure if there has been anything on Twitter, but he is currently visiting Wake Forest

  4. So if they end up deciding to redshirt POB, if Armstrong goes down late in the season, do you think they would pull the redshirt or play Fyfe or whoever is 2nd string?
  5. How big of a class can we take this year?

      TonyStalloni

Several months ago many were saying this would be a huge class.....in the 26 to 28 area. Now with Kev Williams getting another year and depending on attrition it could be in the 20 to 22 area

If Nebraska oversigns by the allotment of 3, TonyStalloni is correct. Nebraska will take a class in the low 20s. Probably 21-22 kids.

  6. We just scrimmaged Omaha South but sadly he has something wrong with his foot but he'll only be out a week or so. Looking forward to the new season
  7. http://www.hudl.com/athlete/3510581/highlights/314936439/v2 This is 6'8 Logan Strom out of Norfolk. He's a close friend of mine and I told him I'd help him out by getting some views on his tape. He's already been in contact with Tim Miles since Basketball is his number 1 sport. He didn't get as many targets as he should have this year but I think the number will go up quite a bit next year! Thanks to anyone who takes their time to watch it

  9. He did. I happened to see him when I was walking around. Not hard to spot a big young kid with hair like that. He had a visor on backwards and upside down, kid's got style! Are you sure? I don't think I saw any pictures of him with all the other visitors. no mention of it on his Twitter either. Maybe you saw his doppelgänger?
  10. Just found out he has been invited to the elite 11 competition in Eugene Oregon.
  11. Not many 6-6 centers. He's a 4 in a 3s body. it's not impossible. Chuck Hayes plays for the raptors as a center and he is 6'6. He's not very good. But still made a roster
  12. And #1 Norfolk already beat South this year. There will probably be a heated rematch soon..... Norfolk "scrimmaged" South before the season started, they haven't played an actual game against each other yet. The score during the scrimmage reset after every quarter and the backups for each team got to play so I am not sure how much of an indicator that game was. I'm hoping for a Norfolk vs South/Prep matchup at state.
  13. Weird to think I am the same age as this 2016 class =/

I stopped actually "looking up" to these guys when I turned 18. It's just weird when you're the same age.... The "looking up" has morphed into respect as time has went on, with guys like Rex/Ameer.

Weird to think that comment is from the new classy count.

  14. I feel like too many people are forgetting about Joshua Kalu at CB. I think him and Lee are the starters at the end of the year.I think you're right about Kalu. Between Jackson, Kalu, and Davie I'm not sure if any true freshman will see a lot of time in the secondary. Just my opinion. Linebacker is open for someone to step up. With the upgrade in speed that this class brings to the position, I wouldn't be surprised if the coaches want to utilize some of it. I guess i'm with you on Jackson, I think he has a big year

  17. Taking his final official visit here January 30th-February 2nd
  18. http://www.hudl.com/athlete/3148831/highlights/220134396 I'm guessing this is the place to put it but this is the highlight video for a friend of mine Gunner Fuelberth. He is the starting QB at Norfolk public. He tore his acl mid way through the football year this past season but, he is expected to make a full recovery. I just wanted to help get his highlights out there.
  19. Didn't know where to put this in recruiting but I was wondering if anyone could check out a friend of mines highlights and tell me what you think. http://www.hudl.com/athlete/3148831/highlights/220134396

Have him post the same video on youtube remove the ad. If he does not have a copy of it use firefox addon like video download helper to get a copy. Just my two cents.
