    If the CFP committee is going to rank Penn St above Clemson, then Penn St also needs to be above Bama.  Penn St has 2 top 25 wins, while Clemson and Bama have 0.

      Early signing period is Dec 18.  The normal one is Feb 5. And I believe the stat is 75% of the top 500 sign in December.
