you will fit right in. Again, I think the majority of the posters are realistic, and have admitted that this game is certainly losable if we don't play to our abilities. The main thing to take out of the previous sentence is the fact that we see this game as "losable". A couple years ago, we would see a game as "winnable" The confidence is growing in this team, and you can see it on the field... I am excited for this game, it is a huge test and a potentially big confidence boost.

Winning cures all... straight from the horses mouth. If we continue to play well this year, and finish strong we could have some fantastic recruiting momentum going into the spring. I wouldn't be surprised to see next years class fill up early. Once spots start disappearing kids are going to jump on board. One great thing about locking them in early is the fact that you can focus your recruiting efforts on your COMMITS.... anyways, better stop before I get ahead of myself. yup, been thinking this since the transition from the option offense. Mo was pretty big time, but still wasn't at that next level. It's nice having big, strong WR's that block downfield for our RB's... but sometimes that means sacrificing some speed and agility out there. In a perfect world we would have a do it all guy, but those are hard to find.

As far as receiver is concerned. It's tough, because whoever it is they HAVE to be good at blocking... We won't play receivers unless they block well. A receiver that makes all the catches and has that GREAT speed and change of direction is hard enough to find, let alone one that can block. I think the best position for us to find a bigtime player is at the RB position.

he was the culprit on one of their bigger pass plays for miz last night if I recall correctly. BUT, he did show the ability to make a big play, he read that play from the get go. Prince had a couple nice plays in coverage as well... It's nice to see guys who can MAKE plays back there, bring out the blackshirts.

I don't understand why people get so razzed about someone looking ahead... Everyone has a right to speculate and dream. We will see how it plays out... The VT game showed me a lot, but not enough to speculate too much. We haven't faced an offense like Missouri's thus far... BUT that being said I am pumped about how good we might be next year

Missouri does NOT have an open container law... Wikipedia tells me so. I have never been to Columbia for a husker game, but from the sounds of it they take the term "hostile environment" to another level. Be safe my friend.

We are going to be running a lot of Dime for the game, so I think you will see both of them on the field. I think Dennard and Prince are going to make up one of the best corner combo's in the big 12 by next season... Which is extremely important in this conference, especially when we lose our best pass rusher. Anyways, not to get ahead of myself... This is a very important piece to us winning this game on thursday. I home Dennard makes a name for himself, and not in the same way Ohanlon has.

it's not all that common for us to land players on visits... it usually comes a while after. Don't worry, we will get a couple guys out of this group for sure. We really made an impression on some of these guys and thats the key. They will take a couple more visits and then realize that nothing compares to their husker visit, then they will commit.

In all honesty, I don't know if Blue will ever see much playing time... It sounds like the tear but him quite a ways back, and he has never been able to fully recover. Williams is RS'ing this year for sure.

Woulda been nice to show up big in the VT game offensively as there were a lot of recruits watching the game... including this guy, but that makes the Mizzou game that much more important. We need to elevate our game even more now that this guy is getting more love
