    Wow, this is the first time I can even remember a major Huskers game not being on ESPN3.

      ESPN3 used to be my go to for games not on TV. It's been a letdown this season. BTN is to blame I'm sure.

      I guess it is because this game is carried by Fox? I am not really sure. We can't have had ALL our past games carried by ESPN. Fox needs to stream games online. If they did this would be a non-issue.

    How crazy is baseball? you couldn't do this deal in the NFL. Like trading your three highest-paid 'stars' for a grab bag of young players. You'd get a huge draft picks haul instead.

      well, I don't really follow baseball. It seems the trend is that players regularly achieve enough stardom to land some of the most obscenely high contracts in all of sports...and then suck...and then are dumped to other teams for a bunch of no-name young prospects.

       

      What a strange development cycle.
