Classic Saban, though. Solid message, one that I agree with... delivered like a complete jerk.

Same with Osborne and guys like Lawrence Phillips.

Of course, sometimes guys still turn out like Lawrence Phillips...

Saban comes off as a prick but the guy is a straight shooter and actually has some great things to say.  I saw a clip of him talking not to long ago about buy-in and wanting to be a part of the team.  He basically said if you want to do things your way and not the way you are told, then get off my bus.
