Truthfully, I'm surprised by this move, as well. I would think they'd want Davison out schmoozing on behalf of Frost. Not that Frost necessarily needs help in the PR department right now, of course.
I'd be surprised if this continues in the long term but it depends on how his job evolves. This may just be a short term resolution until they find someone else who can fill the role well. -
