      I like fescue just because it is hardier.

      Rock, it's easier to blow all those leaves off into someones else's yard come fall haha.

      Bluegrass looks nice but dies in even a moderate drought; fescue is much hardier. But check out your local ag extension online, they often have info on lawns and landscaping plants.
