Under Armour vented golf shorts are the bomb! I have several pairs of the Chambray model and absolutely love them. Warning: If you actually wear them on the course, beware of hot golf cart seats. All those holes mean no protection from the heat. Ouch!
PGA brand makes a really nice golf short for around $20. You can get them at JC Pennys. They have a stretch band in the waist too so they are really comfortable and I have found them to be pretty durable as well
Travis Matthew makes my favorites. They are lightweight, almost a swimsuit material and have a bit of stretch. They can be spendy, so I normally wait til I find a sale at Dicks as well as have a handful of Dicks coupons.
