Apathy

We responded in the 1st half when Minny made a run but in the 2nd half Miles didn't try to adjust and our usually solid defense went south. Palmer has played himself out of the NBA draft. He should be coming off the bench a few minutes a half for no more than he contributes. Roby seems confused and has two left hands and feet most of the time.  Copeland is doing the best of any of the big 4 consistently.  Watson seemed bothered by Manny's length plus the fact the other 4 were standing around watching half the time.  Heiman came to play.  Allen and Akenten need to play more.

Everyone was so hopeful going into this year and I don't understand why. It's fine that we have some good players, but until they prove they can be competitive in the league schedule, I am not going to be impressed. Falling to Minnesota isn't a good start.

I do think we have some players but if the only plan is to throw them out there and let them do their thing, with no adjustments and no offensive system, we're going to need much better players. The easier solution would be to get an actual plan and better coaching for the types of players we have and can get.

I watch them every once in awhile (not always) but everytime I do, it is some combination of poor play, no adjustments, inconsistent play and it always results in them underperforming. You can see small flashes of them being very capable but they either get outcoached, choke, or both. Last night was both.

I'm not very invested in the basketball team because that's pretty much the way it's been my entire life. It does get more frustrating tho when you can see they have some talent but nobody is guiding them.
