Based on what I've read about The War of the Roses (which the GoT story is loosely based on) Daenarys matches up the most with Henry Tudor aka King Henry VII who "won" The War of the Roses
Jon Snow. He is the rightful heir to the throne and they already had the perfect chance to kill him off but they chose..... on 2nd thought, no spoilers for the losers that aren't up to date.
I'd bet heavy against Cersai Lannister. The country will riot if it's her.
