    NCAA rules - Penn State gets: NCAA penalties: 4 year bowl ban, 20 total/10 annual scholarship recuction for 4 yrs, $60 million fine, Vacating all wins from '98-2011.

      It should be noted that the 60 million is to be put towards victims of child abuse, not to the NCAA. Which is a move that makes me respect the NCAA a bit more.
