    First time coaching girls...as of right now...they complain SOOOO MUCH LESS than guys.  Oh my god, it is night and day.

      @teachercdI did but not as much as I would have liked.  If I try again I will double the rub/broth or injection.  It came out a little dry.

      I have a rectec smoker and never had problems with any turkey ive done.  This year im spatchc$%king 2 18lbr's and they will both be done in about 3.5 hours.  I normally just loosen the skin and put butter rosemary and garlic in there and let it go and about 3 hours in give each one a stick of butter over the skin and bump up to 350 for the last half hour.
