way to go MH!!! you got this bruhhda!! 6'1- 215 pounds in HS i was 180... maybe 5 years ago i was up to 6'1 230-235... one day i look up at mirror and i was EH! baaah!! you one fatt fukkaa!!! i hadn't surfed foreva and felt tired and sh**ty all daay!! so i say funk this.. i hit the kine gym.. only three days a week. choke cardio... weights all kine stuff... brah i was giving those weight dirty lickens i wanted it zoo bad... i change diet small kine.... no mo soda .. no candy... no broke da mouth food for me.. it was junk... but i start surf more and more and work out more and moore... now i can go work out and then paddle out for a loong session! my boys be like like surf and i am now like lessssgooo!!

hawaii smoked the sand volleyball team yesterday... just came back from checking the action this morning.... nebraska kinda sucked

i prefer salt water fishing... well one because I'm surrounded by water so many kinds you can do here... 1. coastal fishing on the inside/just outside reefs 2. deep sea (you don't have to go very far out) 3. shorecasting 4. three prong for tako (octopus) but ill say having a boat sucks at times... plus the fresh water ways have it a lot easier in terms of care... i spend half the time soaping and washing everything down from the ocean water than i do actually fishing in the ocean..... you sh#t last a lot longer in fresh water... boats in hawaii are expensive... if i lived near a lake or whatever i wouldn't need a monster boat... plus hawaiian waters get rough... so if your non commercial but serious most guys have id say 19-25.... id like to get myself a 17 footer doe.....

i don't know how this happened but a pretty close friend of mine from the ages of say 8-12 (though we did cruise very much after that nor did i see him hardly ever) who lived up the street from me randomly called my mom and said her son was going to the same school as me... no idea how that happened or how she new... anyways she said did we want to be roommates.... i was kinda wanting a single but i said okay... anyways get to the dorm and find out he has been there for a week for football training... he is f'ing huge and his sh#t takes up half the room.... we talked a bit for a few weeks.. but i burned and he didn't like that... he was prone to rage... maybe getting his stuff from 'the russian.' i caught him masturbating a whole bunch and in the end we got into a huge fight where he threatened to kill me... i moved out after two months in the "quite dorm" in a large single... never had a roommate after that... was great as i didn't have to worry about a roommate when i brough chicks back.. the guy later transferred to UH and blah blah blah... f#*k that guy

i don't want to say who exactly but id like to finally met the poster whom I've been sharing web chat sessions with lately..... at first i thought he was such a latte... then i got to know him and I'm not so sure the world would ever be able to handle the wonderful rainbow qualities of this stellar dude.....

i burned consistently from 13-22.... really really excessive (like always stoned all the time from the ages of 15-22)...then like all of a sudden i started freaking out all the time, getting panic attacks and puking all over myself.... i was like brah i f'ing tripping!! so i stopped... the funny thing is when i quit i pretty much had worse panic attacks and then a metal breakdown... WTF!! after years of therapy and 10,000 dollars in treatment I'm going better.... i only smoke occasionally now cuz when i do i get too blind from the krip herbal meditations (mostly on special occasions).. i also have really bad short term memory problems that i attribute to the sensi.... id rather snort (juuuussst one... or maybe two... no maybe three.... well four... etc..) the yayo or boof ecstasy
