    Didn’t really read the article but did watch their spring game (constant mention of the phrase, “transfer from Nebraska”). I believe they said that last year’s QB was granted a 6th year, and would likely remain the starter. Falls in line with what you’re saying here, too. I have no ill will to him, but I hope he transferred because that’s really where he wanted to be, rather than looking at the depth chart and thinking he was going to be THE guy. Still gotta earn it - and some day I hope he does.

    YES! Another fan of it. I was just thinking of re-watching it again since I enjoyed it so much the first time. Have you watched the whole series yet? If not, let’s just say that the ending sets up so well for there to be a season 2.

    Some of these videos show our current players teaching these guys, which I find fantastic. Means they have a level of mastery over the techniques and have a vote of confidence from the staff.

      The highest rated of these 5 guys would have been our 24th best recruit last year. If we had brought all of them in, I assume there would have been some “diamond in the rough” comments, but I would think there would have been just as many “we need to do better” comments.

      I think that Minny is recruiting right about one notch above where they had in the past.  Basically they will take big classes with all 3 star guys.

    How so? I don’t mean to be dense, but he is innocent until proven guilty, which means, IMO, he is eligible until proven guilty. At the point at which he is found guilty of something, then I think his eligibility will come into question. But not until. Or, am I missing something?
