    Graphic video warning. Everything about this is surreal. I assume she's in shock... he's laying there dying. And a poor little 4 year old girl watched this happen. This is two in 24 hours...       He was with his family. If he planned to pull the gun, why did he advise the officer that he was carrying? Sorry BRI, but I think the officer acted wrongly in this instance. I know for a fact that there are a lot of good police officers out there. But I also know for a fact that there are some who are not.

      Jumping to conclusions before all the facts come out is what's led to these problems in the first place NUance, you should be smarter than that. SMH, everyone can believe what they want. The officer may have been wrong, but the internet lawyers and experts need to get a life.

      True enough. I was just pointing out that it wouldn't make sense for him to inform the officer that he had a gun if he planned to use it. But it would make sense to inform the officer if he had his family in the car and wanted to avoid a panic situation. Hard to say whether the actual truth of what really happened will ever see the light of day. :shrug:
