A repetitive cycle. I do applaud the picking permanent captains before the season begins.

Its been awhile since an offseason has been so quiet. Last year it was Aaron Green transferring, among other things. The year before that was losing Carl Pelini and wondering if we were gonna get Mark Stoops to coach our defense. Before that it was our introduction into the Big Ten and if Bubba Starling was gonna play football or take the MLB draft.

Um, for the people who want to pin this on the coaching staff already. Aren't we at the point where coaches can't have access to their players? I am pretty sure it is at that point in the offseason where the players should be accountable for themselves. Sounds like a few guys on the team are playing hookey while others are continuing to work their butts off. One name that I haven't seen tossed around as a "vocal leader" for the defensive line is Jason Ankrah. Josh Mitchell shouldn't be kicking Valentine's ass about his work ethic, but rather Jason Ankrah or Thaddeus Randle should be.

I'm here and pretty excited about Draft Day. I've drank 2 gallons of Husker Red Kool-aid and I predict Rex Burkhead will be taken in the 1st round by the Denver Broncos.

When I want to be just the offensive coordinator or defensive coordinator, I shouldn't have to set the depth chart for both sides, and I shouldn't have to recruit for both sides. Most importantly, fix the damn artificial intelligence! Doesn't make sense for the opposing team to know exactly what play you are going to run. It would be much better to have it randomly choose a play based on what kind of formation/package you line up as. It also doesn't make sense for Josh Harris from Wake Forest to break 8 consecutive tackles for a 34yd TD to beat Maryland with 5 seconds left in the 4th quarter.

Sounds like the two bombs were placed in trash cans. This sounds more domestic than international. They also may have video of a potential suspect. Who ever this was, they were targeting the crowd and not the runners.

I think Frazier has tossed his name into Ron Brown's head that he might get some carries this year. A clear #3 back? Too early to tell. If I had to put it in a percentage. I would Frazier a 65% chance of seeing playing time this season. I would see him getting, maybe 5 carries this season. I see Taylor and Newby getting somewhere around 25 carries this season. But Frazier has probably a 35% chance of being the #3 back this year.

TD Jack is getting a lot of positive comments. Even from rival school fans, a vast majority of them are standing up and applauding for Jack Hoffman and the Nebraska Cornhuskers. But i heard we only had 60,000 folks in the stands. While that is a lot, I think attendance would have been higher if it was known that something so classy and memorable was going to happen during a Spring Game. But maybe it was a good thing as well that it was televised on BTN.

Hope he pushed himself into a late round pick. Was surprised to see Caputo there. Was hoping Martin would have a better day, 20 reps on the bench, I was hoping for mid or high 20's.
