      I know many tens of thousands have died in the U.S.  But I don't know anyone who has died, or even anyone who is sick enough to be hospitalized.  So there's that.

    We're at 2 references to the fact that NU didn't want Burrow. (I'm 100% hindsight is 20/20 and it was only a mistake with his initial recruitment, not in 2018)

      That's a solid strategy.  Has the added benefit of not showing our cards to our recruiting competitors.  They won't necessarily know who is #1 on our recruiting board for each position.

      I wonder if all NU's offers are live ammo?  I imagine they told some of these kids that their offer depends on whether we get so-and-so.  Or is it just first to commit, is the one we take?

    What is your basic sports skill fail?

     

    Mine is, despite watching football for forever, I cannot throw a spiral. Just utterly fail whenever I try.

      I was an okay high school athlete.  Not FBS worthy, but decent.  Now I play golf, and it is my bane.  I'm a bogey golfer.  Shoot in the low 90s to high 80s.  I should be about 10 strokes better.  Maybe I should start cheating.  lol

    When a woman calls a guy to tell him something why does she have to restate the entire previous conversation?  Why can't she just skip all that and just take 10 seconds to tell him the one new thing added to the conversation?
