Who here coached girls sports and how did you enjoy it?

I have coached girls in track. They worked hard and were a blast.

I coached my first grade daughter's BB team last year and my sons'. The girls were a trainwreck as far as how to play, but were much easier to teach.
Day by Day
I coached Varsity girls softball for years. Rough couple of years. Personally, I prefer to coach boys baseball and football.
