Dude, I can see the Euro step being looked at as a travel.  But how drunk do you have to be to think a jump stop is a travel?  That's like the first thing you teach 3rd graders to do so they DON'T travel. 

The Eurostep is a tough one. It can easily be a travel if you don't pick the ball up at the right time. It's the same thing as a jump stop. If you pick your dribble up too early, it's definitely a travel. The moving screen should always be called as a foul in my opinion and I think more refs are calling those fouls. I coach high school basketball and these are the things we tell our athletes.
