Lubbock has a population about 30,000 fewer than Lincoln. Auburn, Alabama only has 65,000 people.  TTU and Auburn may be the two finalists.  I like that we have 4 different conferences represented this year. Only the Pac 12 stays home. Also look at how competitive the BIG 10 was this year. 8 teams make the tourney.  MSU is in and Purdue was a whisker from making the FF. Maryland, OSU , Minnesota and Iowa all won first round games. Mich won a couple.  I'm looking forward to the challenge.

To be fair, Auburn did hire a coach that I'm pretty sure sold his soul to the devil. Pearl is about as dirty as you can get. 

I'm happy we got Fred, he seems both clean and good.
