      So, I watched a video on how they make those sliders, way more work than I thought.

      @teachercd because you have to cut the little holes in the patties?

      Yeah...so they make a big thin sheet of ground beef, they use a roller and get it thin.  Then they sort of pre-cut it in the perfect little square and do the holes...then they freeze them because they cook them frozen on top of the little onions with the buns on top of the beef getting steamed.
