      Say a "friend" got banned from a website...how would that "friend" change their IP to get back on?

      @teachercd if it's reeally important to you, call and ask your ISP for a new IP address. Give them your account information and current IP address.  Tell them it's for personal/security reasons.  And that you will send them flowers.  But your ISP can do it; just that they may or may not.
