    I for one am going to be sad when the season is over but I look forward to the season because it is a time to have fun and hang out with friends.

      I guess basically I am saying that I just don't think we are going to be the mid 90's anymore...sure my wardrobe and car scream "mid 90's" but that is about it

    The yelling doesn't make it worse...its just that the other teams are better or were the "same" but out coached them. It really is that simple.

    Hmmm lots of coaches saying "no" to Florida: Strong, Stoops, Rich Rod, Mullen, Shannahan...I wonder if they really mean it or not.

      Doc would surprise me just a bit because of his age, but, recruiting Florida probably does not require some young coach.

      Yes. I don't personally use it, but pretty much all my friends do. There's still plenty of good looking girls, but you're guaranteed to get more than a few fakes. They're usually pretty obvious though.

    I don't really get into the fire/don't fire stuff, but, I would be more excited about next year with a new coach, not that I think the Huskers would be better I just would be more excited.

    I had a great time in Madison...the fans were fantastic. Drank a ton...great lake house. Loved it. I have been to NW, MInny and not Madison. Madison is the best when it comes to the atmosphere, NW might have been the most fun just because of the location

    I agree...I am not sure what kind of recruiter Jim is, but, they need to look for a guy that is in LOVE with recruiting, that is in love with the idea of selling Nebraska to kids.

      Met Teach and some other friends in Minneapolis for the NU-Minny game. Friday night, I stayed out with one friend way too late (Teach went in early). I ended up by myself and got lost on the way back to the hotel. Somehow a young couple helped me back to the hotel, where I fell down and puked in the hallway. I was worthless on Saturday.

    Question: When a coach or player says a pass is incomplete and/or a ball is fumbled and recovered by "them" why are they not flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct?

Its like the girl that you text over and over and ask out for drinks and she is always "washing her hair" or "has a family emergency" or "has cold sores" or is "updating her MySpace and Friendster page"...then 6 months later you find out she is dating a guy and you are shocked.     In what world should this even be a concern? One of the more repugnant things I've read. Exactly...it is not what the person saying the things feels...it is what the person on the other end feels. Like...when a dude keeps texting a girl over and over and over...he thinks its sweet and he is showing he likes her...she is totally creeped out and thinks that its the second coming of Ted Bundy. Trash Talk: Your team sucks! Not Trash Talk: Hey, you got a pretty wife...I bet she would rather be with a man that has a 12 inch dong hanging between his legs and knows how to use...oh yeah...cute kid too...he can learn to be a real man by watch me...your team sucks.

    I wish...a pipeline means you get in with the CPS...which means you better get really dirty...CPS coaches and Chicago AAU coaches are HORRIBLE...Coach Smith might be the only really solid guy over at Simeon
