    Man, lots of Husker fans seem to think that MSU is one of the best teams ever. They are not.

      Not best team ever, but best team we will see this year(Outside of CC/Bowl game). I love all the people with high hopes, but MSU wont rollover. They will make us earn a win. I think they are deserving of a top 10 spot.

      Yeah, no one is saying 'best team ever'. But they are respecting MSU for who the are and what they've accomplished, which is what both the team and the people posting here should do.

    I gotta think that with a statue at QB for MSU...RG4 will line up in many different spots on Saturday...I bet he is in an nontraditional spot close to 1/3 of the time.

    When my schedule comes out for my teams season (Basically I know what it will be each year anyway) I look at all the games and start thinking way into the future. I never worry about the "one week at a time" thing. I don't know why I am that way, but, I have never cared about it or thought it was a big deal.

    Jet sweeps is a poor mans way to stop teams from blitzing a lot...so at the very least I would think you would see the motion.

    MSU doesn't have that shifty type of RB...but he can/does catch passes. I think that might be a draw for NU They don't have speedy shifty WR's but they do have big physical guys They don't have a freak TE (thank god) They have a statue for a QB...that is huge. TA can't make a bunch of mistakes and what I would love to see is NU going in at the half with the lead AND getting the ball to start the second half.

    It is in regards to playing a top 10 team...but MSU does nothing for me at all as far as a "big game" feel...I am not sure why, maybe because it seems like Nebraska almost always beats them. I would be more surprised if Nebraska gets beat than if they win. If they win, you have to imagine they will start off 9-0. If they lose...who knows!

    See, a poster brought up TM...I have coached for awhile (I suck at it) but playing a team with a guy that can flat out take it to the house at anytime (As we know TM could) is soooooo freaking hard to prepare for, it is maddening when a kid takes a wrong step, when a kid doesn't keep shoulders square and so on and so on, then BAM, you let up a TD... There is not really that worry with TA. It makes a HUGE difference.
