Does anyone know if Urban's wife was interviewed as part of the investigation? It'd be interesting to see what she has to say on whether or not she showed him the texts. I don't believe Urban and haven't for a long time. This issue and the way Urban handled it (and continues to handle it by denying knowledge on certain facts) just substantiates my belief.

Just curious - but what info do you have that we are too far behind? Riley's staff made Betts a priority and so has Frost. I haven't seen any information to indicate he has a favorite/leaders that doesn't include DONU. Perhaps there was something I missed tho.

Betts and Cochran are definitely the top 2 in priority. I think we will recruit the WR position well over the next few years but bringing in a top 100 tackle will be tough - so I would probably place more of a priority on Cochran. However, I do understand the importance of keeping the #1 prospect in Nebraska (Betts) at home. Either way, we really need to start landing this quality of player on the o-line.

Coach Chin mixes it up quite a bit. Although base might be a 3-4, he often uses 4 down linemen. I'd expect to see more 4 down linemen and/or walking both outside backers up in the 3-4 to give more of a 5-2 look when facing run heavy teams and/or personnel.

or about Tyjon Lindsey... I bet it has more to do with the questions the coaches are asked by the media and there hasn't been a ton of coverage as receiver is probably our best and deepest position. The only receiver we have really heard about is Morgan, but the comments on Morgan are more about his leadership and work ethic. But it is an interesting thought/comment you had jassman.

Would have to say I agree with most of it. I'd probably have Vanu as the 2nd DT and Washington as the 2nd Kick Returner.

There must be a strong secretary's union which lobbies the NCAA for all of these nebulous dates relating to recruiting as properly docketing them all correctly is quite essential and justifies their job within the athletic department!
