You didn't have to watch much Nebraska football to realize that most of our talent were not seniors this past year....

I don't want to even think about Rutgers and Maryland joining the B1G.... The conference has been watered down dramatically with those additions...

Given what I have seen, and know of Rex; I would be absolutely shocked if he wasn't eventually a starting RB in the NFL....

Give me the competitive split, over the geographical split every time.... Not to be too picky, but Rutgers has been trending "up" as of late.... In my opinion you have to split up Michigan and Ohio St for the sake of competitive balance....

I think Frazier is probably a more legit every-down back than Cross. I'd rather see Cross focused on being the best big-back he can be. But wouldn't surprise me a bit if Frazier ends-up the mop-up guy once the frosh get here. Agree with all pts in your post. +1. I thought Cross looked more agile than he did last year.... I expect Cross to be an every down back in the future. He is only a sophomore, and if he has shown us anything, its that he has a great work ethic, and is willing to work for what he wants....

Wisconsin clearly ahead of Nebraska?? LOL wow. How many games did Wisconsin lose last year? How many of them being quality opponents? Nebraska lost to UCLA, tOSU, UW and UGA. All quality teams. At least we can say we made it there because we were the BEST in our division, and we didn't make it there by default. Its going to be interesting to see how Wisconsin does with no Monte Ball and no Jared Abbrederis. Also, with the talent WI is losing, defensively and offensively, and changing the defense and offense, with a new coach, how do you figure they are in the drivers seat? I would say Northwestern would be in the drivers seat before Wisconsin at this point. For whatever it adds to the discussion..........I believe Beliema has commented before that this years senior class (and by extension......this years team) was going to be his most talented with at least 12 nfl prospects. I didn't see that on the roster....

It was a great moment for the state of Nebraska, and our program. It definitely brought a tear to my eye. I've probably watched the video 20 times.... However.... I would be soooooooo pissed if we lost every game this year...

I'm pulling for Michigan, but when L'ville turns up the intensity on that press it gets crazy.... I'm not confident in how well Michigan will handle that....

Agreed, one of my favorite aspects of political discussion is when average citizens seem to have a real belief that they could out perform the President at his job. When in reality, if given that amount of responsibility, they would piss themselves then crawl in a deep hole....

Related thought: Is there a legitimate Republican politician out there right now? By legitimate, I mean one that can make a run at the presidential office without being mocked by a whole nation (Romney, Palin, etc.)....
