HUSKER 37 Posted May 17, 2015 Share Posted May 17, 2015 My 14 year old Son played the drum part to this song for a talent show last Friday, in the middle of the Jr High Gymnasium in front of around 1800 students and faculty...Didn't occur to him to put the drum kit on a rug, so every time he struck the bass drum (and he used his double pedal), it moved forward about a quarter inch...The emcee ran out halfway through the song to push the kit back and knocked over the floor tom, so Robbie calmly stopped playing for 9 seconds, tightened the leg to the tom, and set it back up. then continued playing the rest of the song...then the crowd erupted and I was almost in tears as the vice principal congratulated me for "having such a talented Son" Quote Link to comment
