HSKRNOKC
Weve seen the good the bad and sometimes the ugly from this team so far. So I propose this question to you.... How will we do against VT in your opinion?? What about Mizzou?? Quote Link to comment
typ3kal
NU is going to play a close game to vtech, but I expect it to be close until the end of the 3rd, NU wins, Nebraska 38 Virginia Tech 28. Mizzou will be close the first quarter but expect Cheese Burger Daniels to light up our secondary and blow out the defense. The offense lead by Ganz will be stunted by a lack luster performance of Marlon Lucky. Expect big gains on plays from Helu Jr. late in the game. Nebraska 24 Mizzou 42 Quote Link to comment
Hunter94
should win a close one against VT, will be blown put by Mizzou.. Quote Link to comment
HuskerTrucker
Has anyone even looked at the stats from the VT-GT game yesterday....if their offense didn't do any better than that, we don't have anything to worry about. They only had 247 yards total offense. Quote Link to comment
trouble
VaTech hasnt had an offense for the last year and a half or so, so Im not too worried. Quote Link to comment
HuskerJosh82
NU wins by two touch downs. I just want to see them come out and meet the challenge and not fold like a lawn chair when a good team comes to town. Quote Link to comment
BIGREDIOWAN
I'm going to get wrapped up in the hype here for a second....................NU wins a close one with a field goal in the closing seconds, but the Mizzou game is going to be a blowout IMO. I hope like hell we punish Chase Daniel though. Quote Link to comment
JGS30
Everyone knows that Chase Cheesburger Daniel will get his and MU will likely win the game big. But there is no reason Nebraska can't score 30 plus on them. The MU defense is clearly suspect. I like NU over V-Tech in a well played 6 point game. 24-18 Nebraska. Quote Link to comment

huskered17
VT will probably score first, then the Huskers will settle down and get their games faces on. Don't know what it is but the defense seems to to take a while to figure out the opponent's first drives. Granted they get tough in the red zone, just would like to see them put up a three and out to start. I think we win a close one. MU will be a different story. If we can't stop their first drive, it will be a long day for Big Red. MU confidence will be sky high. GBR!!! Quote Link to comment
motorboatjonesNU
Looking at VT, their strength is their defense. We're at home with a bye this week- they'll be making their second road trip in two weeks, coming off a game with No. Carolina. They may make rushing against them difficult, but I think our receivers are better than East Carolina's, so we still should move the ball. In the end, we'll play better defense against their offense than their D does against our offense. Quote Link to comment
EbylHusker
I think we'll beat VT in a close game. Missouri will be a big loss for us. Sorry, but we're nowhere near their level. Quote Link to comment
MCAT800
For the first time in a long time I am confident that we have a better than average chance going into a big game. VT's Tyrod Taylor will cause us some problems with his legs but I think the Blk Shirts will find a way to slow him down. Quote Link to comment
skersOVRsc
should win a close one against VT, will be blown put by Mizzou.. I agree MU is a scary ball club right now..........a loss is very possible, likely even, but a blow out is a bit much don't ya think? Quote Link to comment
Eric the Red
Even after my bitchy rants today. I think we are going to beat V Tech. They've got a great defense but a pretty sub par offese that can't score worth a sh#t. NU wins by a field goal. 6-3 Quote Link to comment
