Joe_5700
Did anyone else see how Pelini went off on Watson after the Lee/Helu fumble? I think Pelini knew we had 3 points in the bag with the field position and did not like that pitch call (neither did I). Quote Link to comment

Joe_5700
I stand corrected then. Quote Link to comment
irafreak
I thought he was yelling at both because Watson looked hot too. He might have been defending Lee. Quote Link to comment
knapplc
Pelini went off. Watson and Lee were in the area. Collateral damage. Quote Link to comment
Karawithasmile
That whole exchange was tense. It looked like it was a waterfall effect. I thought Bo threw some words at Watson who then turned to Lee. But WTF was that call. SERIOUSLY an option right THEN? When we had already run like 4??? And with Lee no doubt. :maddash Quote Link to comment
CENTEXHUSKER
Yep, Watson happened to be in the blast zone when the Bo-nade went off.... Quote Link to comment
HuskerMack
Dont get me wrong I hate that play these QB's have shown that they do not pitch the ball very well but if you want to blame someone for that fumble it was all Helu hit his hands right in front of him there was nothing wrong with Lee's pitch on that one. Bo should have been in Helu's face. Quote Link to comment

Lee came in and then he got some as well. IMO Quote Link to comment

junior4949
Having played option football, the blame for the fumble rests entirely on Helu. The pitch was right there in front of him, and contrary to some it wasn't too hard. I thought Bo went off on Lee as well, but it does make more sense for him to go off on Watson. nepolo7
still a bad play to run there Quote Link to comment
germanforbigred
maybe it was Helu's fault to not catch the ball, but Lee should have never pitched the ball in the first place cuz there was no room to run for Helu whatsoever Quote Link to comment
