The ESPN guys all seem to be backpedaling now.

 

Lou stopped pushing Tim Tebo and switched to Colt (But didn't appear to be happy about it like he was being forced?)

May and Herbstreit are now touting Mark Ingram.

And the other guy said the RB from Stanford Gerhart? had by far the best season..

I like how EVERY board hates ESPN. I see the same thing on the GT board. You get some praise but there are also times when you are talked about as being not very good. Happens to every team...

We were just hoping Suh got the invite several weeks ago. We were just hoping to make the Big 12 championship game several weeks ago. Suh got the invite and will mop up a ton of awards before that. We came within a second of winning the ccg. We got an invite to the Holiday Bowl. We are going to get that 10 win season. It's been a great few weeks but I'm like all of us. We want more!!

If you sensed lack of enthusiasm for some of those choices, it's because none of those choices are as appealing as they once were. That last weekend threw everything up in the air. There's no slam dunk.

 

The ESPN players may have been encouraged to argue with each other because it is sports television after all.

 

Skip Bayless came out and endorsed Suh. He kinda enjoys being disagreeable. But it's pretty clear that Suh is the sexy choice for Heisman. Suh has gotten all the Heisman hype you could ask for, but then again, he earned it.

hmm...not much worry about here as the only moves he has these days is whether to move his mic to the right or the left to avoid the world class stream of spittle spewing forth.

 

Sure, Suh hasnt done anything yet in the pros, but ill bet dollars to donuts he tops this stat line...
