The Dude
Didn't get to see it live, just heard about it on the radio. They made it sound like quite the spectacle, and they aired it on ESPN according to the radio guys. If anyone gets a chance to upload it to YouTube it would be much appreciated. Quote Link to comment

HuskerfaninOkieland
It was great to see the players come together as players and not rival football teams. Quote Link to comment

Comish
How fortuitous that Ron Brown was available.....................I can't imagine anyone more powerfully suited to that role................ Quote Link to comment

Excel
I noticed that the "Husker Prayer" is a bit of a tradition on HB but this is the second Husker game this season I've seen opened with a prayer among teams. Forgive my ignorance but is this a tradition for your team as well? Did it inspire the threads found here? Quote Link to comment
HuskerCarter
I've never really cried during a football game. But i got to admit, i had a few tears in my eyes watching it. Probably because I went to penn st. I'll admit i was a closet husker fan during that time. Quote Link to comment

The players have a "Huskers" or "Players" prayer they say before the game Quote Link to comment

Forgive my ignorance but is this a tradition for your team as well? Did it inspire the threads found here? The meeting in the center of the field isn't a tradition for Nebraska before games (that I've ever noticed) but some of the players do it at the end of every game. Quote Link to comment

Husker Richard
That was a prayer? I thought it was an attempt to break the Guinness World Record for most people Tebowing at once. 2 Quote Link to comment

The Duke
It was simply a very classy moment, led by a classy coach, at the end of a very tough week. It was true sportsmanship & camaraderie among the game's most traditional programs at it's finest. Quote Link to comment
