HuskerFanChuck
Keller it is. Good call, PC. Quote Link to comment
PaulCrewe
The first NU/CU game I took my wife(girlfriend then) was GI Johnny's first start. He took a no hitter into the 8th. The place was packed and pretty sure everyone there that night knew that he was gonna be something special. Keller gets K number 6. Flyout to left. Two down quickly. Quote Link to comment
HuskerFanChuck
Nice! Sounds like that would've been a great game to be at! He's gotten through 7. See how much longer they take him. Quote Link to comment
PaulCrewe
After a seeing eye single up the middle, a pop up to Scheffert ends the top of the seventh. I think Keller should go out for the eighth. His pitchcount is still pretty low. If Nu puts up a run, I bet that is a night for Jon. Quote Link to comment
knapplc
Attendance tonight is 4,736. Quote Link to comment
HuskerFanChuck
Out of curiousity, how long do you guys think we'll continue to do two in Omaha at Ameritrade? I'm not sure that's what we signed up for with the one-one-one arrangement we used to have with the Jays. Quote Link to comment
Omaha-Husker
CU making a lot of mistakes tonight. Good news is that Nebraska is making them pay for the mishaps. Quote Link to comment
HuskerFanChuck
Nice, knapp! Good #s for a Tuesday night game. Wonder how many came from Omaha tonight. You at the game, knapp? Quote Link to comment
PaulCrewe
Sangi reaches on an error by the shortstop. His second error tonight. Been a game to forget for the CU infielders tonight, errors, and bobbles have led to NU's scores Pitching change Quote Link to comment

I'm not sure that's what we signed up for with the one-one-one arrangement we used to have with the Jays. The main thing I see there though is that it is still a 50-50 split fan wise usually. Maybe even favoring Nebraska fans. Not to mention they draw 15K easy and BEER. Being selfish I would prefer 2 in Omaha one in Lincoln. I wouldn't be surprised to see it go to a simple one home one away though. Creighton is trying to pull more southern teams up for midweek games. Quote Link to comment
HuskerFanChuck
Uniforms are always a curiousity for me. Looks like Creighton uses UA. You think they don't put the names because of cost? On the back of the jerseys, that is? Quote Link to comment
HuskerShark
Huskers looking sharp so far. I just tuned in during the 5th inning, but I am definitely liking what I see. Quote Link to comment
HuskerFanChuck
Wow... two higher than that for Keller last inning called balls, and he calls THAT a strike? Quote Link to comment
PaulCrewe
Sangi takes second on the pitch that gets away from the catcher. Add him to the infielders for CU that just want this thing to end and get back to Omaha Quote Link to comment
