If you can't qualify academically at Alabama, you sure aren't going to qualify at Nebraska. Quote Link to comment

I'd say that once we recruit you and a team hardly talks to you and then suddenly offers you and you immediately drop everything and recommit to them, that is good grounds for rescinding an offer if push comes to shove... Overplayed his hand.. Quote Link to comment

As far as I know, once he flipped to BAMA the staff had very little contact with him - comes down to Bo and culture. Quote Link to comment
QMany
Any truth that Alabama may pull his offer? Been slacking in school and may not qualify. Any truth to that or is that just what SEC teams say after they jerk a kid around? LSU with Lawson: he has been committed to them forever, never visited any other place, they pull his schollie and ask him to greyshirt, then fanbase/coaches try to vilify the kid saying its his grades. Regardless if that's the case, how in the world would he qualify at Nebraska if he can't for Alabama. Just saying. It's a mute point. Quote Link to comment

jsneb83
He probably wouldn't have qualified but we probably pulled the offer before this all happen. Quote Link to comment
The King
I don't know anything about pulling the offer - but I do know that we stopped actively recruiting him. Quote Link to comment
