GSG
Regardless if that's the case, how in the world would he qualify at Nebraska if he can't for Alabama. Just saying. It's a mute point. + 1 Quote Link to comment
Dagerow
If he's opened it back up (and/or Alabama has withdrawn its offer), then why not go after him? He's a gamer. Quote Link to comment

Creighton Duke
He doesnt have an offer from NU anymore either. any reason why? just academics? We probably took the breakup a little hard. If you can't qualify academically at Alabama, you sure aren't going to qualify at Nebraska. Why? Quote Link to comment

HuskerShark
I don't know the ins and outs about how his recruitment went down, but IMO, if he comes knocking on our door, we should take a chance on him. We needed a good CB in this recruiting class, and I would welcome him. Quote Link to comment
Creighton Duke
@HuskerHarry: The quote tags are off. But anyways, I mean, what is your basis for claiming that? Quote Link to comment
NebraskaHarry
@HuskerHarry: The quote tags are off. But anyways, I mean, what is your basis for claiming that? They are? I thought I answered your question. I said you never know, but I think it's very unfavorable that he would be able to qualify at Nebraska if he can't at Alabama. I remember discussions about recruits not being able to qualify at Nebraska academically and then going to consequently the SEC. Wasn't Hooks or some DT were recruiting this year the case? Either way, I can only imagine Nebraska's standards are harder than Alabama. And if our coaches no longer want him as some have said already then this really is a "moo" point. Quote Link to comment
Creighton Duke
Well, Alabama is a much higher rated institution than DONU. Are admin. standards for athletes that different? Quote Link to comment
