My loyalty to the Dallas Cowboys!

Jason Witten suffered a lacerated spleen. Ouch.

Anybody know how long that usually takes to heal? Witten said he hopes to be back for the opener. I haven't seen reports anywhere saying that they're going to do surgery. That's a good thing, right?

It's all up in the air right now. I've heard he could play in the opener, or he could be out for 2 months. Just depends on how it heals. They might make him have surgery if the laceration isn't closing on it's own.

Dallas' offensive line looked much better against San Diego. Their first team defense doesn't look completely lost, like they did last year.

They do this little degrading contest on the big screen during timeouts. They will split the screen on 3 or 4 cheerleaders and have the crowd vote by cheers on who they like the most!

During one memorable timeout girl number 4 way on the right was a particularly handsome woman, great body and obviously a great personality but not a looker, actually got booed by some little 6th graders we were sitting by! And these two ladies(probably in their 40s) turned around and starting chewing their ass! It was hilarious! :P

Five Years After The Dallas Cowboys Fumbled It Away, Cowboys.com Is Now A Male Dating Site

Here's how Domain Name News reported the debacle back then:

The domain name brought in a $275,000 bid from a phone-in bidder at the recent TRAFFIC domain live auction in Hollywood, Florida. The bidder had been earlier identified to be a representative from the Dallas Cowboys NFL team. An inside source confirmed with DomainNameNews that the deal began to fall apart over a misunderstanding with the bidder on what the bid of "275" actually meant. It appears the bidder thought they were buying the domain for $275.00 rather than $275,000.

Eventually, the site sold at auction for about $100,000 more than what the Cowboys would've paid. Since then, the site has basically gathered dust for five years. But this morning, a press release went out, proclaiming a new mission for Cowboys.com, as a dating site geared toward "gay & straight dating people looking to find themselves a cowboy."
