I'm down 8lbs since we started, 17 on the year, and 42 since I changed my habits. Lightest I've been in my adult life and it feels amazing! I came in @ 139.4, I wrestled @ 126 - played freshman football before I got the hint that I might not be football player material Quote Link to comment

Cut the middle out of a round cake (all the way across the middle) then push it together. The idea is that none of the cake will be exposed to air and dry out.
