I started my own recruiting board as offers went out. As prospects committed I updated it. I thought you guys might enjoy looking at it and making comments so I have posted it below and will continue to update as the board changes.

We are full at LB so I crossed Beckwith off the list, but I moved Dixon to Safety and Elder to RB. Thanks for the heads up!

Will the staff really take 3 DE's? Figured they would take a 3rd S or CB instead. I also think if Toby, QR, and a good HS DT want in they take all 3 at DT and only take 2 DE's.

Man it looks good for WR! It is probably our deepest position currently, and it looks like its only gonna get deeper.

Just updated the board... added Lavon Hooks at DT... he is a JUCO guy we offered 2-3 weeks ago from Mississippi. Leads the nation in sacks in JUCO but isn't ranked yet. He's taking an OV this weekend for Penn State.

The open spaces listed above are variable. If the coaches see a really great get at one position they can always shift their open slots around. I heard we only needed at most 2 WR's with Westerkamp and Moore doing amazing this year in practice and Kenny Bell and Jamal Turner both with 2 yrs left and Taariq Allen with 3 years left.

 

As far as DE's.... we have a big need at this position. All we have next year are Ankrah, McMullen, Moss, and some behind them that may or may not play out. Thus we could use a 3rd DE in this class badly.

 

As far as the DB spots... we want 4-5 guys there. We may not take a offensive center this year since most of the guys we liked for that spot are off the board. So we could take an extra DB instead, we have some good young DB talent on this team, in Charles Jackson, Jonathan Rose, Daniel Davie, Josh Mitchell, Harvey Jackson, Corey Cooper.... But we could use a game changing guy here.

Because we have 0% chance at getting his commit. He is down to LSU and Bama, been that way for quite sometime now.
