This kid had a great visit. He says we are right up there at the top for him right now. He will sign in November. He is rated by some sites as the #7 Center in the country. Kind of like a younger shaq.... once we get him in a good conditioning/weights/nutrition program I think in a couple of years he could be really good. His biggest problem is he needs to shed about 40 lbs.

Just glad he's not like an older shaq... would need to shed more than 40 lbs

Fwiw he's nowhere near 330 lbs. Maybe closer to 290 or 295.

Gooooood. For his height I think 270-280 would be good as long as it's good weight. I think he has some weight redistribution to do once he gets to college.

  • 2 weeks later...

Making his decision Tuesday.

Any chance?

Doubt it. Think we're going to need a few more wins before we start taking these kind of guys.

I'd say there is. I think miles loses out to OSU in the end, but out isn't the wash people may think. Honestly wouldn't be shocked at all if he did choose N, with his relationship with Hunter and all.
