Chaddyboxer
Does ASU still put out the highest number of porn stars? I feel like I read that a few years back That's awesome Quote Link to comment
JJ Husker
Funny, I've never heard that stat, but I wouldn't doubt it. Latest rumor is that the AD at West Virginia is the highest candidate. Wouldn't Carl Pelini be the "highest" candidate...... 3 Quote Link to comment
AZRaiderH8r
Couple of recent updates. Turns out that Patterson is still in the running, and rumor is that it comes down to him and Luck. Apparently the University President wants Luck, and the advisory board wants Patterson. People here are a bit nervous, wondering if it would be a package deal including Todd Graham. Granted, he upset some people with how he left Pitt (although there's more to the story), but the guy is a great coach. He took over one of the most undisciplined programs in the country and has ASU moving in a great direction. If ASU loses him and Patterson, it would really hurt the program. Plus, it would mean that three of the last four ADs were poached by Texass, Notre Dame and Ohio State. Also, an even more important update; turns out "Naked Chick" was just four strippers who were hired for a Halloween party, and not ASU students. Too bad. Quote Link to comment

Mavric
Interesting .... The agent for coach Nick Saban told Texas officials in January that Texas was the only school he would consider leaving Alabama for, and his success with the Crimson Tide had put him under "special pressure," The Associated Press has learned. The agent, Jimmy Sexton, made the comments during a 45-minute call with former Texas Regent Tom Hicks and current Regent Wallace Hall. Hicks detailed the call in a Sept. 24 email that was obtained Tuesday by the AP through an open-records request. "Sexton confirmed that UT is the only job Nick would possibly consider leaving Alabama for, and that his success there created special pressure for him," Hicks wrote. Saban, for his part, said he was "too damn old" to leave Alabama and start over. "I'm not really at the stage of my career where I'm looking for some other big sort of challenge," Saban told reporters following Alabama's 45-10 win over Tennessee two weeks ago. "We've got enough challenges right here to try to work with the players we recruited and try to continue to have a successful program for their personal, academic and athletic success."
