theknife
If he were willing to come in and compete for the spot, I'd support it. As of now, we are only certain we have two QBs that are on scholarship and will be capable of playing next fall. Fingers crossed on Darlington, but he's far from a guarantee at this point. We could be two injuries away from a walk ok QB... Quote Link to comment
PaulCrewe
I guess I may be open to it. I mean there is really a lack of tight end depth Quote Link to comment
husker07
No thank you. I'll take my chances with what we got. Quote Link to comment
Blackshirt39
We need the depth at QB. We lose two Senior's and we will only have one QB with significant playing time. Only a moron would block that transfer. We should probably pursue some JUCO options as well. Granted he's no Russell Wilson, but we need somebody. BTW any word on Darlington? Is football over for him or is it possible he could play again. Hope the kid gets a chance again. Quote Link to comment
HuskerfaninOkieland
Blake Bell will be playing in the 2nd half of the Bedlam game, sharing duties with OU's other backup QB. Trevor Knight was injured late in the 1st half. Quote Link to comment
Comish
Doesn't seem like much of a fit........ Quote Link to comment

Ed Helms
The Nebraska 247 board suggested another name, Brett Smith from Wyoming. It sounds like he may graduate early and transfer to a bigger FBS school for his final year. Smith's a guy I wouldn't mind see come in and compete for the starting job, kid's a baller. 2 Quote Link to comment
JTrain
He sure does suck. Quote Link to comment
Nate
He just lead OU on their final drive and threw 5/8 and the winning TD pass. Could any QB for NU have done the same? Quote Link to comment
Foppa
He just won the game for OU. Quote Link to comment
Abdullah the Butcher
Well Blake Bell just beat #6 Okie State with his throwing in the second half, still a terrible qb? Quote Link to comment
HuskerfaninOkieland
Well Blake Bell just beat #6 Okie State with his throwing in the second half, still a terrible qb? Yes. He's struggled all season. There's a reason why he lost the starting QB position Quote Link to comment
theknife
Not to mention the 3rd and Goal play that should have been a TD had the WR made the catch. Quote Link to comment
