ShawnWatson
I loved that MSU beat them the other night with Payne and Dawson both out and Iowa having a HUGE advantage in free throw attempts (43-20). I was hoping Franny would lose his sh#t. The guy is a D-bag. Basketball coaches seem to get a lot more leeway than football coaches for some reason. Simple solution: Have Bo coach basketball If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a basketball. Quote Link to comment

NUance
Sure, Fran is a maniac asshat during gametime. There's plenty of video evidence of this. But you have to admit that he's a good coach and good recruiter. Before Fran Iowa had a three year streak of losing records. It took McCaffery one year to turn them around. Winning record in his second year. And every year since. McCaffery sort of reminds me of Woody Hayes. A good guy, and great coach. But one hell of a volcanic temper. Which make Fran an easy target for Internet mustaches like me to ridicule. Which I enjoy doing. Immensely! Quote Link to comment
Count 'Bility
And like Woody, one of these days he's gonna completely lose it, and his career will be over. It's gonna happen. 1 Quote Link to comment

Now all we need is Bo to win some championships and his meltdowns will be non-observant. Quote Link to comment

sd'sker
it is pretty obvious that the more you win, the more people like you. the more people like you, the more willing they are to defend you even when you look/act like a homicidal maniac. Quote Link to comment
