Abdullah the Butcher
I was told there is no reserved floor seats for the spring game luncheon this year, all first come seating, I don't want to sit in the damn bleachers this year. Anyone heard otherwise? Quote Link to comment
Branno
I'm most likely going this year. Never been to the spring game before though. How does seating work? Quote Link to comment
knapplc
Nebraska Huskers @Huskers Over 25,000 tickets sold so far. I'd feel a lot better about my tickets if they'd email them to me like I requested. Ten days later and I still don't have my tickets. I have a pending credit card change (thanks, Target!) and I'm holding off until I get these tickets to be sure the charge goes through. Any day now would be nice. And a better explanation than "We're waiting to send out a mass email" would be nice, too. They don't do that with any other purchase-at-home tickets I've bought. Why the change? I dont think they send them out till a week or so before the game, Knapp. I had this issue a couple years ago and was worried so I called them that's the explanation they gave. I've never bought them online before. I just go to the ticket office at 5:30am and hang out with other Husker fans. I'm up anyway, so why not? It's been a fun tradition, but this year I couldn't, so I bought them online. It's not as much fun. Quote Link to comment
Abdullah the Butcher
Tickets for the 2014 Spring game are still available! Reserved stadium seats are $10 each. Kids eighth grade and younger wishing to take the Drug Free Pledge at halftime are admitted free, but must have a ticket to enter the stadium. UNL faculty and staff may purchase one reduced-rate ticket for his or her own use. Please call the Ticket Office to order all free or reduced-rate tickets (and full-priced tickets for others in your group) as they are not available online. Everyone needs a ticket, regardless of age. Please note that obstructed view seating in the East and West Stadium is either the very lowest rows, close to field level (rows A-4), or the very highest rows, behind the balcony support beams (Rows 40-47). The low rows could be obstructed by players and coaches that stand on the sidelines. The upper rows could be obstructed by having to look around the beams. Once tickets are purchased, there are no refunds or exchanges. http://ev9.evenue.net/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/SEGetEventList?groupCode=SG&linkID=huskers Quote Link to comment
Branno
Just got tickets, I'm guessing the majority of people sit on the west side? I'll be east side, mid field, row 1. Quote Link to comment

The game goes so fast, most of the time, that it will be nice to have that 2pm start. Leave the Big O around 930ish or so and be on O street and drinking by 10:30ish. If you are not serious...then I just having some issues with booze. Quote Link to comment

teachercd
They will probably tape delay a few. I can't see why NU would have moved the time if it was not for TV. Quote Link to comment
