huskerenner
I remember the Utah St. game. Was sitting in the north endzone, and could see this wall of water slowly come across the field from the south. No where to go,but sit and wait for it to get to us.Fun watching the students hydroplane across the field, before the game resumed. Mavric
Brian Christopherson @HuskerExtraBC 19m The Spring Game won't feature a running clock. Each quarter will be represented by about 25-30 plays, which will be counted on the big board Quote Link to comment
Landlord
Gonna be tough for the defense to win that. Quote Link to comment
NUinID
Reading on other boards there are a few that are really upset about the new format for the spring game. Personally I don't mind it al all it will still be blocking, tackling, running, throwing and catching of footballs. If you watch other schools spring games, which I tend to do, many of them run something similar to this format. I would say it is at least 50%. Quote Link to comment
sd'sker
seems like a good idea. should be more interesting and it rewards all the important aspects of playing well. it will make every play count more. anything that makes the spring game more exciting is for the better. Quote Link to comment
GSG
In the video that Mavric posted above, Sipple mentions that you'll actually get to see the #1's as a unit and the #2's as a unit versus the mixed up teams from the past few years. I like it, personally. Quote Link to comment
