Yeah, it's on his side/back. He's also had a fro since he's been here, even as a redshirt, so there's no way it's from before.

"A lot of guys don't really know — not just in our locker room, but across the country — what a union necessarily entails," Bell said. I don't think it's a stretch to think he was talking about a situation that could affect many people but wouldn't have to affect every single person in the group. Especially when he starts out "a lot of guys..."
